Balancing wild imaginative air energies with grounded stable earth energies is what this Dryad does best. Nourishing the body with exercise, good sleep, fresh air and nutritious foods is just as important as nourishing the spirit and mind with imagination, creativity and good conversations. The older we become, the more important it is to take care of our aging bodies and our Inner Child. As we gain more responsibilities in life, we may, little by little, push aside our well being. It’s often not until our body and Inner Child start throwing a tantrum that we realize how we’ve been neglecting them. These sweet dryad wants to remind you to play, be curious, explore, nap, eat intuitively, hug a tree, forage wild food, finger paint, breathe deep, solve a puzzle, gaze into the mirror and see who smiles first…
